Yesebawi Agelgilot Bego Fikadegnoch Mahiber successfully conducted a General Members’ Discussion Forum in conjunction with a Blood Donation Campaign and an Eye Donation Pledge Ceremony, reaffirming its commitment to humanitarian service and community wellbeing.
The discussion forum brought together the association’s general members to engage in constructive dialogue on the organization’s mission, strategic direction, and upcoming plans. Participants shared insights and recommendations aimed at strengthening volunteer engagement and enhancing the effectiveness of humanitarian interventions.
In parallel with the forum, a blood donation campaign was organized, where members and participants voluntarily donated blood to support healthcare institutions and patients in need. The initiative demonstrated the association’s strong culture of compassion, solidarity, and lifesaving service.
Additionally, an eye donation pledge ceremony was held to raise awareness about the importance of eye donation and to encourage members to make a long-term commitment to restoring sight for those affected by corneal blindness. Participants pledged their support, reflecting a deep sense of social responsibility and humanitarian values.
